Kuwait Health Assurance Co. is a newly established company in Kuwait under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) initiative. This is the largest PPP healthcare project ever initiated by the Kuwait government.

The company under this initiative will be managing and operating Kuwait’s First Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) for the provision of primary and secondary healthcare services. The company will be constructing three new hospitals collectively of 900 beds together initially, plus 15 primary healthcare centers to serve a population of approximately 2.2 Million eligible expatriate population in Kuwait.

This billion dollar company is being managed and operated by and under Arabi Holding Group, in according with the principles of “Managed Health Care”.
